Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a dedicated maternity cover as an HR generalist for its HR team at its headquarters in Lenzburg to support various HR tasks throughout the employee cycle. The position is temporary from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and is a full-time role.
Job description
HR Generalist: 100%, fixed-term contract until December 2026
Your tasks
- Supporting business partners in a wide range of HR topics throughout the entire employee cycle (personnel planning, recruitment, retention, development, and termination)
- Implementation of operational personnel administration throughout the employee cycle for approximately 500 employees
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in a comparable role
- Very good knowledge of the HR topics described, including further training as an HR specialist or comparable further training
- Strong affinity for systems and, ideally, experience with the Rexx, Abacus, and Mobatime systems

- Time and absence management, including preparation of evaluations
