HR Operations Administrator, Associate 2
The position of HR Operations Administrator at State Street involves supporting daily HR activities, complying with Polish legal requirements, and providing high-quality support to employees. The incumbent will be responsible for managing personnel files, HR databases and systems, handling employee inquiries, and preparing reports.
Purpose of the role
The role of the HR Operations Administrator, Associate 2, is to support daily HR activities, ensure compliance with Polish legal requirements, ensure accurate management of process documentation, and provide high-quality support to employees.Main tasks
* Managing employee personnel files and HR databases to ensure timely and accurate compliance with Polish labor law and internal procedures. * Performing general office duties such as collecting and processing incoming mail, data entry, and sending documents. * Responding to employee inquiries related to HR administrative processes. * Maintain and update HR databases and systems (Excel, Eviews, MyWorkday, Exchange, etc.). * Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports in accordance with guidelines. * Ensure smooth and timely flow of information to relevant parties and end users. * Provide HR administrative support across departments and divisions. * Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with global and local data protection requirements within HR Shared Services.What we expect
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: * Polish language skills at B2 level (speaking and writing) and very good English skills. * 2+ years of experience in HR administration. * Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with a strong on-site presence in Gdańsk. * Knowledge of Polish HR operations (recruitment, vacation, termination, employee data management, HR systems). * Professional handling of confidential information and strong interpersonal skills. * Good understanding of the Polish Labor Code. * Solid MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, V-lookup). * Strong customer focus and teamwork. * High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure. * A flexible, proactive "can-do" attitude. * HR-related education is an advantage.What we offer
