HR Operations Manager
The HR Operations Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for managing HR operations at a regional level, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, salary and benefits administration. The position requires experience in HR, banking and project management as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Job description
Tasks and responsibilities
- Support regional CRO strategic recruitment in partnership with the heads of Private Banking, including building all business cases, also in partnership with global strategic recruitment
- Managing regional payroll and reporting to the relevant and various supervisory authorities
- Ongoing management of regional data management, employee movements, reporting, internal/external audits, testing and submissions
- Development and management of cross-functional budgets for the region
- Supporting the compensation lifecycle and (CRO) performance management process for the region
- Administration of all comprehensive regional benefits, restricted stock unit/long term incentive plan, regional HR payroll and related administrative tasks
- Management of all annual audits and tests of the department, internal and external
- Support in the implementation of global HR programs and special projects, as assigned
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration and/or related field or equivalent experience. PHR preferred
- High proficiency with HR information systems
- 7+ years of experience in human resources
- Experience in banking, broker-dealership and/or related field
- Solid project management skills
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Excel and presentation skills
- Must be able to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented
