The job as HR Operations Officer HF at Cegid in Luxembourg involves responsibility for personnel administration, payroll accounting, and career management for employees. The job holder supports the HR department and the employee secretariats in various administrative tasks.

missions

As an HR Operations Officer within a team of six employees, you will be responsible for personnel administration, payroll, and employee career management (HR, 5% to 8% for projects related to the Human Resources departments in charge of HR & Legal services within our teams in Europe). You will provide support to HR departments and employee secretaries. Here is a non-exhaustive list of tasks:
  • You will collect and communicate salary instructions to our partner subsidiary and pay salaries before payment. You will also participate in reconciling payroll accounting with the finance department.
  • You will handle all administrative tasks related to employee life within the company (contracts and amendments), manage absences and working hours, issue exit documents, etc.
  • You will manage and ensure the traceability of our information system related to payroll and social security contributions, profit-sharing bonuses, supplementary insurance, meal vouchers, etc.
  • You will establish HR reporting and indicators and feed HR dashboards and recurring and ad hoc requests from various departments in conjunction with the Human Resources Management teams. You will participate in satisfaction surveys, analysis, and communication of results within Human Resources.

Candidate criteria

  • Minimum level of education: Bac + 3 / L3
  • Training/Specialization: HR Operations Officer HF
  • Minimum experience level: 2–5 years
  • Experience: You will have proven successful experience in a similar position, preferably in a financial institution or social services firm.

  • You will have a good command of Luxembourg labor law, as well as collective agreements (banking and insurance).

Computer tools and languages

  • Proficiency in office software is essential, particularly Excel.
  • Languages: Fluent French and English, knowledge of Spanish/Italian is an asset.
