HR Operations Officer M/F
The position as HR Operations Officer in Luxembourg offers the opportunity to be responsible for personnel administration, payroll and benefits management, and monitoring working hours and absences as part of a team of six employees. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, a good knowledge of Luxembourg labor law, and strong organizational skills.
missions
As HR Operations Officer within a team of six employees, you will be responsible for personnel administration, payroll/meal voucher issuance, training/administration of statutory and non-statutory benefits, and employee time and absence management. Here is a non-exhaustive list of tasks:- You collect and communicate salary instructions to our partner fiduciary and check salaries before payment. You also participate in reconciling salary compliance with the finance department.
- You handle all administrative tasks related to employee life within the company (contracts and amendments, medical benefits/end of benefits, time and absence management, telework monitoring, issuing exit documents, etc.).
- You manage and track fringe benefits (statutory health insurance, group insurance, pension benefits, cash subsidies, profit-sharing bonuses, supplementary insurance, meal vouchers, etc.).
- You will compile reports on relevant HR indicators and feed data into HR dashboards and recurring and ad hoc requests from various external and internal contacts. You will participate in annual salary and benefits review teams, producing and publishing analyses and recommendations based on the results of the Business Partner and HR Manager.
Candidate criteria
- Minimum level of education: Bac +3 / L3
- Training/Specialization: HR Operations Officer
- Minimum experience level: 2–5 years
- Experience: You have proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution or social services agency.
Compétences recherchées
- You must have a good command of Luxembourg labor law, as well as collective agreements (banking and insurance).
- Your listening skills and customer focus are qualities that will help you settle into your new role.
- You are rigorous, and your excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines guarantee the quality of your service. You are independent and know how to demonstrate this without hesitation. Good writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely are essential.
Computer tools and languages
- Proficiency in office software is essential, particularly Excel.
- Languages: Fluent French and English, knowledge of Spanish/Italian is an asset.
