HR Operations Officer (V.I.E) (M/F)
The HR Operations Officer supports the HR team with administrative tasks such as hiring new employees, managing personnel files, and coordinating training and benefits. The position requires a degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field of study, as well as some experience in a similar role.
missions
You will be responsible for assisting the HR Operations team with all hiring-related tasks for which the Human Resources department provides support. Your duties and responsibilities in this role include:- You are the primary point of contact for employees, responsible for answering their questions and addressing their requests, and/or for matters related to HR policy and the reporting structure
- You will handle the administrative tasks related to hiring and terminating employees (preparing employment contracts, agreements, amendments, various letters, etc.) and manage the recruitment process
- You are responsible for onboarding new employees, providing internal training, and handling administrative tasks (pay stubs, Lexguaz and the extranet, necessary authorizations, etc.), as well as tracking paid leave and assisting with the preparation of payroll instructions in collaboration with our payroll department and the administrative processing of fringe benefits (inter-company savings plans, insurance, etc.)
- You will assist with the administrative management of fringe benefits and other benefits (pension, health insurance, etc.)
- You will follow up on requests for internal or external statistical reports or surveys
- You will participate in various cross-functional HR projects, particularly those related to HRIS
Candidate criteria
Minimum educational requirement: A master’s degree in Human Resources or a bachelor’s degree, along with proven professional experience in a similar role.- Minimum experience level: 0–2 years
- Experience: Similar experience is considered an asset
