HR People Partner
For the position of HR People Partner at Man Group in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we are looking for a part-time employee for 12 months to act as a strategic and operational advisor to senior management and employees. The new employee will support and advise the HR strategy across the entire employee lifecycle.
Job description: HR People Partner
Tasks
- Strategically partnering with our key stakeholders and advising on HR strategy and practices to achieve their strategic objectives
- Supporting business decisions and understanding business needs as well as the legal and regulatory framework
- Maintaining a deep understanding of key strategic business objectives, challenges and opportunities
- Contact person for all business units for HR-related questions
- Influencing and informing important decisions through clear communication and relationship building
- Supporting and coaching line managers and equipping them with tools for effective team leadership
- Personalized HR consulting, e.g. talent management, organizational design, performance management, psychological and organizational development
Responsibilities
- Identifying and solving problems by interpreting data and creating compelling narratives
- Evidence of successful collaboration with business stakeholders to shape change proposals
- Design and implement organizational designs that build and maintain flexibility and capability
- Development of an effective remuneration philosophy in which performance is linked to remuneration
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- At least 2 years experience as HR People Partner
- Familiarity with HR and financial processes
- Experience in the financial sector preferred
