The HR Social Counselor position at UBS in Zurich involves counseling employees, managers and HR partners on personal and professional challenges to support a quick and sustainable return to work. The job holder will be part of the Social Counseling & Case Management team and will temporarily support the position for one year.

Your role
- Advice for employees, line managers and HR partners in the event of long-term absence (illness/accident) with the aim of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the work process
- General support for employees in overcoming personal and professional challenges
Your expertise
- Degree in social work from a university of applied sciences (Bachelor/Master)
- Several years of professional experience
- Training and professional experience in counseling and social work
- High level of communication and counseling skills
- Concise linguistic expression in our three working languages
- Organizational, administrative and IT skills
