Tasks
- Advice for employees, line managers and HR partners in the event of long-term absence (illness/accident) with the aim of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the work process
- General support for employees in overcoming personal and professional challenges
Requirements
- Degree in social work from a university of applied sciences (Bachelor/Master) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience
- Training and professional experience in counseling, social work or a similar field (e.g. psychiatric clinics/public social services etc.)
- High level of communication and counseling skills, including dealing with senior management
- Fluency in our 3 main languages
- Organizational, administrative and IT skills
