Your role

Would you like to support our internal team for social counseling and case management in an international company?

Do you have experience in providing advice and support for private and professional health challenges such as addiction, finances and conflicts?

Are you familiar with the processes of internal case management and would you like to contribute your many years of experience in consulting and/or case management?

To join our team for 1 year, we are looking for a Social Counselor and/or Case Manager with the following responsibilities:

• Advice for employees, line managers and HR partners in the event of long-term absence (illness/accident) with the aim of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the work process
• General support for employees in overcoming personal and professional challenges

Your team

The UBS Social Counseling and Case Management team supports and empowers employees with challenges in their private and professional lives.

Your expertise

To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

• Degree in social work from a university of applied sciences (Bachelor/Master)
• Several years of professional experience
• Education and professional experience
• High level of communication skills and precise linguistic expression in our context
• Organizational, administrative and IT skills
