Tasks
- Advice for employees, line managers and HR partners in the event of long-term absence (illness/accident) with the aim of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the work process
- General support for employees with personal and professional challenges
Requirements
- Degree in social work from a university of applied sciences (Bachelor/Master) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience
- Training and professional experience in counseling and social work, preferably in psychiatric clinics/public social services etc.
- High level of communication and conversation skills
- Concise linguistic expression in our 3 main languages
- Organizational, administrative and technical skills
