UBS is looking for a Social Counselor (m/f/d) for its internal social counseling and case management team in Zurich to help employees with personal and professional challenges. The position is limited to 1 year and requires experience in counseling and/or case management.

Your role
We are looking for an experienced social counselor or case manager to support our internal social counseling and case management team in an international company.
Your tasks include:
- Advice for employees, managers and HR partners in the event of long-term absence (illness/accident) with the aim of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the work process
- General support for employees with personal and professional challenges
Your team
The UBS Social Counseling and Case Management team supports and empowers employees with debt counseling, individual and family problems, etc.
Your expertise
To strengthen our team, we are looking for:
- Degree in social work from a university of applied sciences (Bachelor/Master)
- Several years of professional experience
- Training and professional experience in counseling
- High level of communication skills and precise verbal expression in the team working language
- Organizational, administrative and technical skills
