- Advice for employees, line managers and HR partners in the event of long-term absence (illness/accident) with the aim of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the work process
- General support for employees in overcoming personal and professional challenges
Requirements
- Degree in social work from a university of applied sciences (Bachelor/Master)
- Several years of professional experience
- Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung in Beratung und Case-Management in psychiatrischen Kliniken/öffentlichen Sozialdiensten etc.
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten
- Flüssige sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in unseren 3 offiziellen Sprachen
- Organizational, administrative and IT skills
