Your role
We are looking for a Social Counselor or Case Manager to join our internal team for social counseling and case management in an international company. If you have experience in counseling and advising on personal and professional health challenges such as addiction, finances and conflict, we would like to get to know you.Tasks
- Advice for employees, line managers and HR partners in the event of long-term absence (illness/accident) with the aim of rapid and sustainable reintegration into the work process
- General support for employees in overcoming personal and professional challenges
Your team
Our UBS Social Counselling & Case Management team provides support and empowerment for debt counseling, individual and family challenges regarding private and professional problems, etc.Requirements
- Degree in social work from a university of applied sciences (Bachelor/Master)
- Several years of professional experience
- Advanced knowledge and skills in communication and linguistic expression
- Organizational, administrative and linguistic skills
