Human Capital Business Partner VP
The Human Capital Business Partner VP supports management in the implementation of HR strategies and plans and acts as a liaison between employees and managers. The main responsibilities include the areas of Generalist HC, Learning & Development, Employee Relations & Engagement as well as Performance Management and Talent Management.

Tasks
- The HCBP VP will work as part of the Group HC team to develop and implement HC plans while ensuring excellent employee-focused HC service delivery for the organization.
- As a generalist, he acts as a direct point of contact for professionals to answer internal inquiries regarding company policies and practices, benefits and labor issues, and training needs/opportunities in an efficient and timely manner.
- He will be able to understand the business and build effective working relationships to monitor employee 'pulse' and drive continuous improvement in employee engagement.
- He will advise and support key stakeholders on people-related decisions such as organizational design, culture development, compensation and benefits practices, and leadership development.

- Learning & Development: He will identify learning needs for the team and work with the Group HC team to design and implement the best learning experiences.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Will work with the Group HC team to manage employee relations cases, ensure fair, consistent and transparent processes and develop and implement employment policies and procedures.
- Performance Management, Talent Management: Will facilitate the performance management process with managers and professionals, working closely with managers and supporting the team in meeting their personal and team goals.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in HR or a similar function within Professional Services.
- The ability to understand business objectives and experience in dealing with all levels of an organization.
- A proven, hands-on attitude and flexibility.
- The ability to take responsibility and work autonomously while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- The ability to handle confidential matters sensitively and consciously.
- Problem solving and analytical skills; experience in managing ambiguity and analyzing HC metrics.
- Intellectual curiosity; bring valuable insights to the team/company.
- Comfort in an environment that demands strong performance with short deadlines.
- An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive working environment.
Basic requirements
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CIPD) desirable but not required.
- 9 or more years of experience in financial services.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent/native English required; additional languages are a plus.
