Human Resources Associate

Alantra is seeking a Human Resources Associate (m/f/d) in London, UK, who will act as a point of contact for personnel matters and assist with coordinating new hires, onboarding, and offboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, and experience with Workday is an advantage.

Job description

Tasks

  • Act as a contact for human capital queries and problems
  • Coordination and onboarding of new employees, including preparation and issuing of offer letters and contracts
  • Manage offboarding process
  • Advice and support with target setting, annual and half-year performance processes, including advice on performance management
  • Work with senior human capital business partners to ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied
  • Together with Senior HRBF Consultant for managers and employees on employment law and personnel practices
  • Collaboration with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and selection processes
  • Support for senior human capital business partners in employee relations cases
  • Supporting talent promotion and development processes, including change initiatives
  • Managing data and reporting on key human capital metrics, including monthly reporting
  • Together with Senior Human Capital Business Partners, support international mobility to and from the UK and Ireland
  • Promoting the enrollment of employees in learning and development initiatives and advising on their design
  • Support for the monthly salary update

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and desire for excellence
  • Strong academic background/achievements, university degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience with Workday is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
