Human Resources Associate
The Human Resources Associate supports the HR team in various tasks, such as coordinating new hires, offboarding and performance management. The job requires experience in HR, good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Job description
Tasks
- Act as a contact for human capital queries and problems
- Coordination and onboarding of new employees, including preparation and issuing of offer letters and contracts
- Manage offboarding process
- Advice and support on target setting, annual and mid-year performance processes, providing guidance on performance management
- Working with senior human capital business partners to ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied
- Together with senior HRBP advisor for managers and employees on labor law and human resources
- Work closely with senior human capital business partners to deliver initiatives in line with the UK and Ireland people development strategy
- Promoting the enrollment of employees in learning and development initiatives and advising on their design
- Support with monthly payroll accounting
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in human resources
- Interest in innovative solutions and process improvements
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships within the organization
- Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to contribute own ideas and work autonomously
- Strong work ethic and desire for excellence
- Strong academic background/baccalaureate, university degree or equivalent
- Experience with Workday is an advantage
- Professional in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
