Human Resources Associate
The Human Resources Associate will support the HR department in a fast-paced environment by assisting with HR matters and processes, such as onboarding, offboarding and performance management. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources, be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Job description
Tasks
- Act as a point of contact on Human Capital queries and issues.
- Lead the co-ordination and onboarding of new hires, including preparing and issuing offer letters and contracts.
- Manage the offboarding process.
- Advise and support the objectives setting, year-end and mid-year performance processes, providing guidance on performance management.
- Together with senior Human Capital Business Partners, ensure that policies and procedures are applied consistently.

- To partner with senior Human Capital Business Partners, providing transactional resourcing support to all the UK and Ireland
- Promote the enrolment of employees in the Learning & Development initiatives and advise their design.
- Support the monthly payroll update in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of four-year previous experience in HR, and an interest in finding innovative solutions and process improvements.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships within the organization.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously.
- Strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence.
- Strong academic background/results, educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Previous experience with Workday is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
