Human Resources Associate (London, UK)

The Human Resources Associate will support the HR team with various tasks including new hire coordination, offboarding, performance management and employee relations. The job requires a strong academic background, good communication skills and experience with HR software such as Workday.

Job description

Tasks

  • Act as a contact for human capital queries and problems
  • Coordination and onboarding of new employees, including preparation and issuing of offer letters and contracts
  • Manage offboarding process
  • Advice and support on target setting, annual and mid-year performance processes, providing guidance on performance management
  • Working with Senior Human Capital Business Partners to ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied
  • Together with senior HRBP: advising managers and employees on employment law and HR practices
  • Collaboration with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and selection processes
  • Support of Senior Human Capital Business Partners in employee relations cases
  • Supporting talent promotion and development processes, including change initiatives
  • Managing data and reporting on key human capital metrics, including monthly reporting
  • Together with Senior Human Capital Business Partners, supporting international mobility to and from the UK and Ireland
  • Promoting the enrollment of employees in learning and development initiatives and advising on their design
  • Support for the monthly salary update in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Ability to contribute own ideas and work autonomously
  • Strong work ethic and desire for excellence
  • Strong academic background/achievements, university degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience with Workday is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
