Job description
Tasks
- Act as a contact for human capital queries and problems
- Coordination and onboarding of new employees, including preparation and issuing of offer letters and contracts
- Manage offboarding process
- Advice and support on target setting, annual and mid-year performance processes, providing guidance on performance management
- Working with Senior Human Capital Business Partners to ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied
- Together with senior HRBP: advising managers and employees on employment law and HR practices
- Collaboration with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and selection processes
- Support of Senior Human Capital Business Partners in employee relations cases
- Supporting talent promotion and development processes, including change initiatives
- Managing data and reporting on key human capital metrics, including monthly reporting
- Together with Senior Human Capital Business Partners, supporting international mobility to and from the UK and Ireland
- Promoting the enrollment of employees in learning and development initiatives and advising on their design
- Support for the monthly salary update in a timely manner
Requirements
- Ability to contribute own ideas and work autonomously
- Strong work ethic and desire for excellence
- Strong academic background/achievements, university degree or equivalent
- Previous experience with Workday is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
