Part-time Human Resources Consultant (m/f/d)

Tasks

The Human Resources department, based in Frankfurt am Main, is responsible for all employee lifecycle matters. As a Human Resources Consultant (m/f/d), you will support our small, motivated HR team. Your responsibilities include:

• Handling local compensation and benefits matters, including participating in the annual performance management and total compensation review, as well as serving as a liaison to colleagues at the headquarters in Switzerland
• Familiarity with regulatory changes and their implementation in local HR processes
• Local coordination of labor law matters in collaboration with external legal counsel and global and local HR and labor experts
• Participation in local and global projects (such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive)
• Presentations to management committees and executive board meetings on various topics related to the employee lifecycle, such as HR controlling, HR administration, recruiting, and talent development, including advising employees and managers
• Close collaboration with other departments within the bank as well as with the global HR organization

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Consultant (m/f/d) with:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or business law
• At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources at a bank, an auditing firm, a management consulting firm, or a related industry
• A passion for modern HR topics
• Fluency in German and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Proficiency in all standard IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), ideally with experience using Workday
