The Julius Baer Group is seeking an experienced part-time Human Resources Consultant (m/f/d) for its department in Frankfurt am Main to support the HR team with local compensation and benefits matters and labor law issues. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in human resources and a solid working knowledge of labor law.

Part-time Human Resources Consultant (m/f/d)Your tasks
- Handling local compensation and benefits matters, including participating in the annual performance management and total compensation review, as well as serving as a liaison to colleagues at the headquarters in Switzerland
- Familiarity with regulatory changes and their implementation in local HR processes
- Local coordination of labor law matters in collaboration with external legal counsel, as well as global and local HR and I-local experts
Your profile
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or business law
- At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources at a bank, an auditing firm, a management consulting firm, or a related industry
- In-depth practical knowledge of labor law
- Quick comprehension and analytical skills
- Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- A strong sense of responsibility, independence, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility and a passion for working on a wide range of topics in a dynamic environment
- A passion for modern HR trends, including digitalization and process optimization
- Fluency in German and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proficiency in all standard IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), ideally with experience using Workday
