Part-time Human Resources Consultant (m/f/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an experienced part-time Human Resources Consultant (m/f/d) to support the HR team in Frankfurt am Main and handle local compensation and benefits matters as well as labor law issues. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience in human resources at a bank or in a related industry.
Tasks
- Handling local compensation and benefits matters, including participating in the annual performance management and total compensation review, as well as serving as a liaison to colleagues at the headquarters in Switzerland
- Familiarity with regulatory changes and their implementation in local HR processes
- Local coordination of labor law matters in collaboration with external legal counsel and global and local HR and legal experts
- Participation in local and global projects (such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive)
- Presentations on compensation issues during management meetings and board meetings
- Collaboration, support, and representation in other areas of the employee lifecycle, such as HR controlling, HR administration, recruiting, and talent development, including advising employees and managers
- Close collaboration with other departments within the bank as well as with the global HR organization
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or business law
- At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources at a bank, an auditing firm, a management consulting firm, or a related industry
- A passion for modern HR trends, as well as digitalization and process optimization
- Fluency in German and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proficiency in all standard IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), ideally with experience using Workday
