Tasks
- Personalized and tailored advice and support for customers in the mortgage sector
- Responsibility for fiduciary and collection activities

Requirements
- Banking education and continuing education in the banking and finance sector at the tertiary or secondary level
- Experience in the mortgage sector (ideally in a consulting role)
- Expertise in real estate financing, particularly in the field of mortgages
- Customer- and solution-oriented thinking
