I AM Risk Audit (CIAM) - Lead

Tasks

• Monitoring customer feedback during audit and compliance reviews, and tracking performance and remediation efforts.
• Conducting work, including IT audits and IT compliance reviews.
• Consulting services for retailers and executive management.
• Supporting team members, internal and external service providers in achieving IT compliance and business objectives.
• Identifying control gaps and partnering with stakeholders to develop remediation plans.
• Effect as a resource for developing the IT testing strategy during IT audits.
• Communication and documentation of the results of tests or compliance assessments.
• Partnering with business stakeholders in an environment focused on conducting IT control reviews, testing new or existing IT/audit engagements, conducting IT policy and project risk assessments, holding strategic coordination meetings, providing regulatory compliance monitoring, performing internal control assessments, and supporting IT risk mitigation strategies.
• Conducting independent, integrated IT audits, control assessments, financial audits, cybersecurity assessments, environmental protection measures, and compliance tests.
• Directly managing audit team members: oneself, team members, internal teams, external service providers, managers, and executives.
• Ability to communicate effectively with these individuals.
• Reporting to a VP or Director.

• Listing and maintaining deliverables for the CIAM platform and processes.
• Consolidation of results from annual audit engagements; tracking of performance status and remediation plans.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships in key areas of project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
• 9–15 years of experience in IT sales, security or access management, risk management, auditing, compliance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in verification and auditing, compliance and IT auditing, compliance controls, IT risk frameworks (CIS benchmarks), and NIST cybersecurity.
