IAM Analyst
The IAM Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhancing identity and access management services at Man Group, including managing access requests and implementing process improvements. Job description
Man Group is seeking to fill an IAM Analyst position within its Identity and Access Management team. The role involves maintaining IAM services, supporting projects, and continuously improving processes.Tasks
The role involves the following tasks:- Maintenance of IAM services, including application onboarding, connector configuration, workflow design, and risk modeling
- Monitoring SailPoint jobs and processes, triaging and resolving issues
- Supporting internal and external audits by gathering evidence and preparing responses
- Contributed to the implementation of SailPoint SDDM, including application mapping, connector definition, workflow development, and configuration testing
- Work with business partners to define and implement risk-based access control models for applications
Requirements
The following requirements are necessary:- 2–8 years of experience in identity and access management within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment
- Practical experience with an IAM platform (SailPoint identityIQ preferred; SailPoint ID, Savyint, or similar accepted)
- Experience with user access controls and authentication
- Proficient in working with data and technology layers, including Python scripts for automation and data migration, working with REST APIs, and transforming or restructuring large volumes of data
- Experience with Active Directory administration
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical teams and senior business partners
Advantages
