Job offer

IAM Analyst

The IAM Analyst supports the Identity and Access Management team in managing access rights and implementing SailPoint SaaS. The role involves both day-to-day operations and project work, including the development of role-based access models and process automation.

The role

We are seeking an IAM analyst to join Man Group’s Identity and Access Management team. The team is responsible for establishing governance frameworks within the organization, including Zero Trust, identity and access management, access provisioning and deprovisioning, regulatory requirements, and the ongoing implementation of SailPoint.

Roller tasks

The role involves both day-to-day operations and project deliverables. The successful candidate will maintain day-to-day operations (identity lifecycle) and actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint SaaS. Ideal candidates should have experience in SailPoint design, including configuration, onboarding/data migration, and risk and control design.

Construction operations (60%)

* Ensuring Zero Trust: Monitoring and executing processes in accordance with company policies, ensuring that all access changes are auditable and traceable. * Managing access requests for internal and external users to internal and external applications. * Creating and managing access review campaigns in SailPoint, including preparation, tooling, launch, business liaison, and resolution of access removals. * Managing the IAM support queue, team mailbox, and SP channel to ensure timely and high-quality responses. * Monitoring SailPoint jobs and processes daily to proactively identify and resolve issues. * Supporting internal and external audits by providing evidence and preparing responses.

Project Delivery and Continuous Improvement (40%)

* Contributed to the implementation of SailPoint SaaS: onboarding applications, defining connectors, creating workflows, and testing configurations. * Collaborated with business partners to define and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models for applications. * Support the IAM team with data classification, segregation, reporting, and process automation (e.g., CSV manipulation, API calls, reconciliation checks). * Create and utilize REST API integrations between SailPoint, Active Directory, HR systems (Workday), and external applications. * Identify and implement process improvements, with a preference for automation over manual tasks. * Research and adopt automation and artificial intelligence tools to reduce manual effort and improve IAM processes. * Contribute to team documentation, knowledge sharing, and the development of operational guidelines.

Key competencies

Required: * 5–8 years of experience in identity and access management within the financial services industry or a similarly regulated environment. * Hands-on experience with an IGA platform (SailPoint IdentityIQ preferred; SailPoint ID, Savyint, or similar experience). * Recent experience working on identity/access management projects. * Familiarity with data types and technology layers, including Python scripting for automation and data manipulation, working with REST APIs, and transforming or reconciling large datasets. * Experience with Active Directory administration. * Experience onboarding applications to an IGA platform, including access analysis, permission modeling, and connector configuration. * Strong communication skills to engage both technical teams
