The IAM Associate - Cyber Sec Admin is responsible for implementing and managing access control systems and advising business partners on technology security issues. The role requires strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as experience in information security.
Job description
Tasks
- Application of access management principles and objectives
- Analysis of customer inquiries to determine the necessary requirements
- Implementation and identification of improvements for access control system enhancements
- Management of consulting projects with business partners for technology security topics
- Maintaining relationships with partners to manage the effectiveness of the Access Security Life Cycle Management process
- Reducing the risk of changeovers to partners
- Independent work; in-depth knowledge of the business department/function
- Comprehensive, in-depth consulting and management of teams and partners at a high technical level
- Carrying out large-scale activities that are cross-functional and technically difficult
- Balance between high operational execution and development and execution of the strategic direction of business activities
Requirements
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, independent and with solid execution skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in formulating business requirements and details
- Experience in leading requirements gathering sessions
- Critical thinking and the ability to go beyond the surface of the requested data to obtain valuable (actionable) information
- In-depth knowledge of information security is an advantage
- Very flexible and adaptable to change
- Very good people skills are also required as this position interacts with all levels of resources throughout the organization
- In-depth functional/industry-specific knowledge, e.g. IT audit, IT risk management and information security, is an advantage
