IAM Operations Manager (m/f/d)
As an IAM Operations Manager, you will plan, administer, and optimize the Oracle-based Identity & Access Management system to ensure stability, security, and compliance. The position requires extensive IT experience in the IAM field as well as excellent German and English language skills.
Your challenge
- Planning, administration, and ongoing development of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) system based on the Oracle product
- Performing regularly scheduled updates, upgrades, and release maintenance for the Oracle systems, including planning and conducting tests
- Ensuring the stability, functionality, and security of IAM applications
- Analyzing and resolving issues, as well as optimizing processes within the IAM system
- Support for integrating systems and applications into the Oracle IAM framework
- Supporting the business units in planning the system and their application-related tasks
- Ensuring adherence to security policies and compliance requirements through efficient management of authorization policies and user roles
- Conducting regular authorization checks and audits
- Close collaboration with internal service providers and Oracle's support team to resolve technical challenges
Your profile
- Completed training in the field of IT with relevant work experience
- Certifications in Identity & Access Management (IAM) are a plus
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Identity & Access Management systems, particularly Oracle
- Experience in implementing software updates and upgrades, as well as in applying best practices in system operation and optimization
- Proficiency in managing permission roles and user access management
- Experience with Oracle Identity Cloud and other identity management technologies
- Understanding of IAM standards and guidelines, particularly with regard to security requirements and compliance, such as the GDPR, GxP, and others.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as the ability to work as part of a team
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
