IAM Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Your challenge

• Management, administration, and continuous development of the Identity & Access Management System (IAM) based on Omada Products
• Performing regular software updates, patches, and version upgrades for the Omada system, including planning and executing tests
• Ensuring the stability, performance, and security of IAM applications
• Analysis and resolution of problems as well as optimization of processes within the IAM system
• Support for integrating systems and applications into the Omada IAM framework
• Supporting end users in using the IAM system and resolving access issues
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and compliance requirements through efficient management of user access rights and permissions
• Conducting regular authorization checks and audits
• Documentation of all changes, updates, and system adjustments to be made
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate requirements for access rights and user roles

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of IT with relevant professional experience
• Flexibility in terms of time in the area of identity and access management (IAM) is an advantage
• Fundamental experience in the administration and maintenance of identity and access management systems, particularly with Omada
• Experience in implementing software updates and solutions, as well as applying best practices for system security and optimization
• Good knowledge of user access rights administration and authorization management
• Experience with Active Directory, IDAP, and other identity management technologies
• Familiarity with IAM standards and guidelines, particularly with regard to security requirements and compliance, e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Independent, structured approach to work and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
