IAM Risk Audit (CIAM) - Lead

Tasks

• Work with CIAM and the engineering team to strengthen overall access controls.
• Support governance processes related to least-privilege access management.
• Monitor and regularly assess vulnerabilities, authenticate users, understand, and identify inadequate controls.
• Analyze, control, and resolve problems related to compliance issues. Identify compliance controls.
• Promote best practices for security and privacy across cloud identity services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• 14+ years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, risk management, auditing, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience supporting an IT audit related to compliance and third-party risk management programs.
• Understanding of common cloud provisioning, CIAM, and CALEA management tool design and operations.
• AI/ML in control testing analysis, including policy optimization, risk assessment, and credential-based management controls.
• Work on control testing and analysis, including policy optimization, risk assessment, and credential-based management controls.
• Expertise in troubleshooting, authentication, and managing identification solutions.
• Experience conducting ongoing audits of critical system applications to ensure compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with clients.
