IAM Risk Audits - Lead

Minimum Requirements

• CPA and/or CFA.
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management with a focus on controls, compliance, and financial reporting.
• A thorough understanding of the company's audit processes.
• Experience with various reporting tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data Analysis from a Risk Perspective.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with various audit tools.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct the annual review of current business operations to finalize the scope of work required for 2024.
• Collaborate with management to identify key controls and material risk areas.
• Assess the current risk across all departments and identify potential impacts on portfolio management.
• Determining the financial impact based on risk.
• Providing insights and recommendations on ways to address control deficiencies for portfolio management.
• Reviewing the audit design and corrective actions from previous years and preparing reports.
• Documentation of effective preventive, detective, and corrective controls in key processes.
• Contribution to governance-related policy, process development, and process improvement measures.

Salary range

• $100,800.00 - $134,400.00
