IAM Support Specialist

Tasks

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day client relationship matters, assisting with CRO activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CROs and account managers in their day-to-day operations—pre-approval or approval (within delegated authority) of payments, credits, and clients
• Reviewing the quality of client and IAM profiles and documentation during onboarding and regular reviews.
• Conduct ex-ante controls on private banking activities and support the enhancement of the control framework, serving as a key partner to ensure that client onboarding, lifecycle management, and transactions are conducted in accordance with internal standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee and approve KYC/ReCycle events, including reviewing and providing feedback on new accounts, periodic reviews, and updates.
• Monitor compliance and follow up on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) matters
• Serve as a link between the first and second lines of defense, facilitating collaboration with relevant functional areas.
• Support the Head of IAM Switzerland in business development, analysis, and improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM Switzerland’s processes and procedures

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a regulatory compliance or private banking setting
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and sanctions.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus; French and/or Italian would be an asset.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Reliable, solution-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Demonstrates a focus on clients and service at all times.
