ICLS - Client Maintenance

UBS is seeking a team member for the Client Data Management Team in Opfikon, Zurich, who will be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of client data attributes and will work closely with various business units. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and possesses strong communication and coordination skills.

Your role

  • Join our Client Data Management Team
  • be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of client data attributes
  • respond to requests and inquiries from business representatives and other client lifecycle teams
  • take responsibility for appropriate escalation and coordinate the resolution of identified issues with the relevant parties
  • work effectively with other departments to improve the process and eliminate recurring issues and exceptions

Your team

You will be working in our Client Data Management Team in Opfikon, Zurich. This is a client lifecycle maintenance role. In this role, you will support the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of client data across Swiss and global platforms. Your expertise

You have:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • ability to work accurately with complex data
  • good communication and coordination skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • experience in data management, onboarding, or financial operations (preferred)
  • motivation to learn specialized client lifecycles
