ICLS - Client Maintenance

Your role

Are you a detail-oriented and motivated person? Would you like to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team? We are looking for someone like that to:

• Join our Client Data Management Team
• be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of client data attributes
• respond to requests and inquiries from business representatives and other client lifecycle teams
• take responsibility for appropriate escalation and coordinate the resolution of identified issues with the relevant parties
• work effectively with other departments to improve the process and eliminate recurring issues and exceptions

Your expertise

You have:

• strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work accurately with complex data
• strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in data management, onboarding, or financial operations (preferred)
• Motivation to learn specialized client lifecycles

You are:

• able to plan, organize, and supervise work
