We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our Client Data Management Team in Switzerland, who will be responsible for maintaining client data attributes accurately and in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment and will work closely with various business units.
Your role

- be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of client data attributes
- respond to inquiries and requests from sales representatives and other client lifecycle teams
- to handle appropriate escalations and coordinate the resolution of identified issues with the relevant parties
- work effectively with partner functions to improve the process and eliminate recurring issues/exceptions
Your tasks
You will be working in the Client Data Management Team in Opfikon, Zurich. This is a client lifecycle maintenance role. In this role, you will support the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of client data on Swiss and global platforms. You will work closely with several business units (FX, FI, EQ, IBD, WM) and use a variety of specialized tools to ensure accurate, compliant, and well-structured client information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in data management, onboarding, and/or financial operations (preferred)
