Raiffeisen Bank is looking for an ICT System Specialist - Senior (f/m/d) in St. Gallen to provide central services for applications and platforms for the System Management group. The position includes tasks such as on-call duty, working in various subject areas and creating documentation.

Tasks
- Willingness for regular on-call duty
- Collaboration in other topics of the System Management group (monitoring, observability, event management)
- Creating and updating documentation
- Maintaining internal processes such as incident and problem management, availability and capacity management, etc.
Requirements
- Completed IT training or comparable training and further education
- Very good experience with the Linux and Windows server platforms
- Understanding and background in the operating and development field
- Experience with relevant technologies or topics (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana/Dashboarding, OpenTelemetry, Java, Elasticsearch, SQL, Python, PowerShell)
- Team player with an independent work and service-oriented mindset
