ICT Technician: Hardware & Network Infrastructure

Tasks

• Supporting construction projects and responsibility for the renewal and modernization of the entire basic IT infrastructure, from communication rooms to workstations
• Designing and planning the entire IT infrastructure at headquarters and all branches
• Assistance with rollouts, lifecycle projects, and troubleshooting
• In the telephony department, you will support our IT infrastructure team in managing phone numbers and operating all existing telephony hardware and Wi-Fi transmitters.
• Managing and maintaining IT inventory with all IT assets and network cabling

Requirements

• Completed basic training and experience as an electrical planner/installer
• Good technical knowledge and experience in the field of IT infrastructure as well as construction (construction & electrical planning & analysis) and ICT technology Knowledge and experience in dealing with larger hardware installations
• Experience in handling critical hardware components in communications rooms or data centers and a careful, responsible, and accurate approach to work
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to analyze requirements, develop individual solutions, and think outside the box
