Tasks

The role involves managing identity and access controls across enterprise systems, processing access requests, supporting IAM projects, and ensuring robust security and compliance in an international financial environment.

• Planning, designing, administering, monitoring, and maintaining authorization objects (including groups and user accounts) within Microsoft Active Directory and other enterprise applications in an international environment
• Strategic contributions to the development and optimization of access management frameworks, including authorization models and operational processes
• Active participation in various project-based initiatives in the field of identity and access management
• Preparing deployment reports, conducting process evaluations, and creating comprehensive documentation for access management (AM) activities
• Investigation, assessment, and resolution of incidents; initiation of containment measures and coordination of escalations when necessary
• Provision of expert advisory services to end users on operational matters, including guidance during exceptional or critical situations

Requirements

• Recognized degree in information technology or at least five years of practical experience as a system administrator with Microsoft Active Directory environments (MCSA certification or equivalent is highly desirable)
• A solid understanding of IT security principles and regulatory standards in the financial services sector
• Strong organizational skills with proven experience in efficiently managing multiple concurrent priorities and projects
• Proven ability to work independently, combined with high reliability, resilience, initiative, and a proactive commitment to continuous learning and performance excellence
• Customer-focused attitude committed to providing high-quality services to internal and external customers
