Identity & Access Management Operation 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Identity & Access Management Specialist to manage and deliver secure access services and ensure security and compliance in an international financial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Microsoft Active Directory environments and a solid understanding of IT security principles.
Tasks
The role involves administering identity and access controls across enterprise systems, executing access requests, supporting IAM projects, and ensuring robust security and compliance in an international financial environment. - Design, administer, monitor, and maintain authorization objects (including groups and user accounts) within Microsoft Active Directory and other enterprise applications in an international environment - Make strategic contributions to the development and optimization of access management frameworks, including authorization models and operational processes - Actively participate in various project-oriented initiatives related to identity and access management - Prepare deployment reports, conduct process evaluations, and create comprehensive documentation for access management (AM) activities - Investigate, assess, and resolve incidents; initiate containment measures and coordinate escalations when necessary - Provide expert advisory services to end users on operational matters, including guidance during exceptional or critical situationsRequirements
- A recognized degree in information technology or at least five years of practical experience as a system administrator with Microsoft Active Directory environments (MCSA certification or equivalent is highly desirable) - Solid understanding of IT security principles and regulatory standards relevant to the financial services sector - Strong organizational skills with proven experience in managing multiple concurrent priorities and projects efficiently - Proven ability to work independently, combined with high reliability, resilience, initiative, and a proactive commitment to continuous learning and performance excellence - Customer-focused mindset focused on delivering high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsWe offer
