Identity & Access Management Operation 100% (f/m/d)

The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Identity & Access Management Specialist who will be responsible for managing and providing secure access services and who has experience in Microsoft Active Directory and IT security. The successful candidate will work in an international financial environment and ensure that access controls and security measures comply with regulatory requirements.

Tasks

The role involves managing and providing secure access services that are aligned with our global service catalog. These include:
  • Managing identity and access controls across enterprise systems
  • Executing access requests
  • Supporting IAM projects
  • Ensuring robust security and compliance in an international financial environment
Specifically, the role includes:
  • Designing, managing, monitoring, and maintaining authorization objects (including groups and user accounts) in Microsoft Active Directory and other enterprise applications
  • Contribute strategically to the development and optimization of access management frameworks
  • Actively participating in various projects in the field of identity and access management
  • Creating deployment reports, performing process evaluations, and creating comprehensive documentation for access management activities
  • Investigating, evaluating, and resolving incidents, as well as initiating measures and coordinating escalations when necessary
  • Providing expert advice to end users on operational matters
  • Requirements

    • A recognized degree in information technology or at least five years of practical experience as a system administrator with Microsoft Active Directory environments (MCSA certification or equivalent is highly desirable)
    • A solid understanding of IT security principles and regulatory standards in the financial services sector
    • Strong organizational skills with proven experience in managing multiple concurrent priorities and projects
    • A proven ability to work independently, combined with high reliability, resilience, initiative, and a proactive commitment to continuous learning and performance excellence.
    • A customer-focused mindset committed to providing high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
