The Julius Baer Group is seeking an employee for the Identity & Access Management Operations Team in Madrid who will be responsible for managing identities and access rights, as well as providing user support. The ideal candidate has experience in system administration, particularly with MS Active Directory, and has a good knowledge of MS Office products and English.
Tasks
- Provisioning reports, evaluations, and documentation of IAM processes
- Evaluating and containing incidents, initiating containment and escalation processes
- Providing guidance to users on all operational matters as well as in exceptional situations
Requirements
- A recognized degree in IT or five years of experience as an MS Active Directory system administrator
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Professional-level written and spoken English skills are required
- An understanding of the financial industry is an asset
