- Preparation of provisioning reports, evaluations, and documentation of IAM processes - Incident assessment and containment, as well as initiation, rerouting, and escalation processes - Advising users on all operational matters and in exceptional situationsYour profile
- A recognized degree in IT or five years of experience as an MS Active Directory system administrator -- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
- An understanding of the financial industry is an asset
