Identity and Access Management Operations 100%Tasks
- Provisioning reports, evaluations, and documentation of IAM processes
- Assessing and containing incidents; initiating or postponing escalation processes
- Advising users on all operational matters as well as in exceptional situations
Requirements
- A recognized degree in IT or five years of experience as an MS Active Directory system administrator (MCS certification is a plus)
- Professional-level written and spoken English skills are required
- An understanding of the financial industry is an asset
