The Julius Baer Group is looking for an employee for the Identity & Access Management Operations Team in Madrid who will be responsible for managing access rights and providing user support. The ideal candidate has experience in IT, particularly with MS Active Directory, and a good command of English.
Tasks
- Provisioning reports, evaluations, and documentation of IAM processes
- Evaluating and containing incidents, initiating containment and escalation processes
- Advising users on all operational matters as well as in exceptional situations
Requirements
- A recognized degree in IT or five years of experience as an MS Active Directory system administrator
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Professional-level written and spoken English skills are required
- An understanding of the financial industry is an asset
