Identity and Access Management Operations

Job description

The Identity & Access Management team is looking for a new team member. The responsibilities include:

• Operating access management based on our service catalog
• Processing customer orders in accordance with our guidelines
• Planning, designing, operating, controlling, monitoring, and maintaining authorization objects (groups/users) in Active Directory and other applications in an international environment
• Conceptual collaboration in the area of access management (authorization models and processes)
• Collaboration on various projects
• Providing reports, analyses, and documentation of AM processes
• Assessing and containing incidents, initiating response and escalation procedures
• Advising users on all operational matters as well as in exceptional situations

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• A recognized degree in IT or five years of experience as an MS Active Directory system administrator
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required
• An understanding of the financial industry is an asset
