Identity & Access Management Specialist (f/m/d)

Job description

Your tasks

• Contributing to the further development of our concepts, systems and solutions, especially in Identity & Access Management
• Implementation of bank-wide projects, with a particular focus on Entra ID and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Perform detailed analyses, develop sound solution strategies and implement effective measures to continuously optimize our IAM service landscape

Your profile

• Completed higher education in computer science (FH, ETH, Uni) or equivalent further education
• Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Entra ID, Privileged Access Management (PAM) and the administration of identities, access rights and authorizations, preferably in a bank or a comparable regulated environment
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts as well as hands-on experience in developing and implementing security concepts, ideally with a background in DevOps, solution architecture or consulting
• Structured way of working, analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1)
