Job description: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Tasks

• Contribution to the conceptual development of all Identity & Access Management processes at Bank Vontobel
• Collaboration on operational tasks such as joiner/mover/leaver process and daily business activities
• Operation and maintenance of the IAM solution (Sailpoint IIQ or IdentityNow) and optimization of existing services
• Establishing business and IT roles and ensuring their maintenance
• Exchange of information and provision of required evidence for regulatory authorities, auditors and experts
• Support in carrying out annual and regulatory user authorization checks
• Project management, e.g. introduction of new services, optimizations, reorganizations or integration of new business units

Requirements

• Degree in IT, business IT, IT security or a comparable qualification (e.g. MAS in Information Security) or relevant practical experience
• Expertise in identity and access management tools (Sailpoint IIQ or IdentityNow), Microsoft Active Directory, Azure EntraID, M365 and Microsoft Exchange administration
• Several years of experience in IT and banking, with a focus on identity and access management, information security or audit activities
• Knowledge of task automation, scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python or other development skills are an advantage
• Strong technical interface competence with excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• Project management skills and ability to effectively lead or participate in projects
• Committed, communicative and service-oriented personality with the ability to work independently, collaborate and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Fluent language skills in German and English, written and oral
