IDMC Platform Architect 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

IDMC architects are responsible for maintaining and further improving the platform, as well as for onboarding and maintaining data sources in IDMC. They conduct design and configuration workshops and serve as expert resources for workflows, reports/dashboards, and API connectors. In addition, they also provide implementation guides for best practices. Specific tasks include:

• Creation of the data line from raw consumption to autonomous data sources
• Monitoring and ensuring consistent use of IDMC
• Monitoring the consistent use of data operating processes by defining metrics and standards
• Definition and maintenance of workflows
• Maintenance and further development of IDMC to meet user requirements, including defining workshops, onboarding new source systems, maintaining and defining assets, etc.
• Provision of IDMC training for end users

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• A completed university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in the fields of science, business informatics, banking, or finance.
• Several years of experience with IDMC and its implementation
• Knowledge of data administration and data management processes, policies, and standards
• Strong understanding of enterprise data domains and data models
• Excellent business and IT stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of how metadata management affects business results and ability to communicate this to business partners
• Experience with Groovy, Rest API & JSON, and Python
• Fluent English; German would be an advantage
