Job description: Real Estate Expert (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Assessment and valuation of construction projects, real estate and real estate portfolios for financing purposes
• Assessment of complex construction projects with regard to marketability and sales opportunities
• Monitoring the national real estate market with a special focus on the impact of Glarner Kantonalbank's mortgage portfolio
• Implementation of control and monitoring activities
• Ensuring internal real estate valuation and real estate market expertise with support for the valuation models used

Your profile:

• Higher specialist training (e.g. Swiss certified real estate valuer, FH (CAS) or university degree with specialization in real estate valuation) or many years of practical experience with proof of performance
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in real estate valuation using various methodological approaches and real estate market analysis
• In-depth knowledge of the macroeconomic and technical model contexts relevant to real estate valuation
• Experience in the assessment of construction cost plans and the monitoring of construction progress
• Experience in portfolio-based real estate analysis
• Strong analytical thinking skills, a structured, results-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working and a high level of commitment
