Real Estate Appraiser:in 80% -100% | Real Estate | Zurich | Experienced professionals

Tasks

• Valuation of individual properties as well as real estate portfolios using various recognized valuation methods
• Cross-divisional cooperation and consulting with colleagues from other divisions on all aspects of real estate
• Advising our customers with a high level of professional and social competence
• Active participation and further development of our division

Requirements

• Professional experience in real estate valuation
• Specific training and further education in the field of real estate valuation
• Sound knowledge of the real estate market in the Zurich economic area
• Strong service and consulting orientation
• High flexibility, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
• Independent, precise and efficient way of working
• Good analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm and entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident and professional demeanor
